My goal with any massage I offer is to use the techniques I have learned (including Swedish massage methods, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release) to achieve your goals. I love to help people find relief from pain, increase joint and muscular mobility, increase relaxation and maintain health and promote wellness on a physiological and neurological level.

Cancellations in less than 24hrs of its scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service and No-Shows will be charged for 100% the service. Incurred fees must be paid before rebooking.
